Terms and Conditions – pak243 Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pak243, operated at pak243.pro. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you are agreeing to these Terms in their current form. These Terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, the pak243 Android APK or the iOS Progressive Web App.

These Terms should be read alongside the pak243 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pak243.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pak243, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on any platform where pak243 honours such exclusions.
• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and in any verification process requested by pak243.

pak243 is intended for adults only. If you are under 18, you must not register, attempt to register or use any part of the platform. pak243 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not met.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold one account on pak243. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name or using different contact details — is a breach of these Terms. pak243 actively checks for duplicate accounts and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and associated funds withheld pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date. This includes your name, date of birth, phone number and payment details. pak243 processes withdrawals to the payment details registered to your account, so inaccurate information can delay or prevent withdrawals from being processed.

Account credentials — your username and password — are your personal responsibility. You must not share your login details with anyone. pak243 staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pak243 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The supported deposit and withdrawal methods are JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. pak243 does not accept deposits from payment methods not listed in your account or from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the Deposit and Withdrawal sections of your account at the time of the transaction. These may be updated periodically and the current limits shown in your account at the time of a transaction take precedence.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit as a default security measure. Processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically 15–30 minutes after approval.
• Raast: typically 30–60 minutes after approval.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on inter-bank processing.

pak243 charges no platform fee for withdrawals. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pak243's control.

pak243 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for deposits exceeding certain thresholds or where transaction patterns raise concerns. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, pak243 offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives to players. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts — which are stated clearly at the point of the offer.

General rules that apply to all bonuses on pak243 unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are held separately from real money deposits until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live Casino games and certain table games may have reduced or zero contribution — this is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, using third-party software to game wagering requirements or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the bonus being forfeited and may result in account suspension.
• pak243 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Sports Betting Rules

pak243 offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports and other sports. The following general rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body for each sport. For cricket, this means results as declared by the ICC or the relevant national board for bilateral series and PSL fixtures.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled without completion, bets may be voided and stakes returned — this depends on the specific rules for the market type involved.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the time stamp at which pak243's system confirms the bet. If a bet is placed after the relevant event has already occurred (for example, a wicket falling before a ball-by-ball market is settled), pak243 reserves the right to void that bet.
• pak243 may refuse to accept a bet, limit the amount of a bet or cancel a bet at its discretion, including where there are grounds to suspect abuse, technical error or fraudulent activity.
• Odds displayed on pak243 are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds applied to the bet.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per account per day are as displayed in the relevant betting market. These limits are subject to change.

7. Casino and Game Rules

Games available in the pak243 Game Lobby — including slots, Live Casino, Fish Games and table games — are provided by third-party software suppliers. Each game operates according to the rules defined by the supplier and displayed within the game interface. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is as set by the supplier and made available in the game information panel.

pak243 is not responsible for disconnections or technical failures on the player's side during a game round. In the event of a server-side error affecting a game outcome, pak243 will investigate and may void the affected round and return stakes at its discretion.

Auto-play features, where available in certain games, are used at the player's own risk. pak243 does not provide gaming advice, and the use of auto-play does not create any additional obligation on pak243 regarding outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited on pak243 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform or game systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in games or the betting system.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or betting markets.
• Match-fixing, insider information usage or any form of sports manipulation in relation to bets placed.
• Using payment methods that are not in your own name.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pak243 staff or other users through any communication channel.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your pak243 account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing access with anyone else and logging out of shared devices after each session. pak243 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and updating it regularly.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact pak243 support immediately via the Help section in your account. pak243 will investigate and may temporarily lock the account while the investigation is ongoing. pak243 is not liable for losses resulting from an account breach caused by the player's failure to maintain credential security.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

pak243 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.
• The player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Fraudulent activity, payment chargebacks or prohibited conduct is detected.
• Verification documents requested by pak243 are not provided within a reasonable time.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in pak243's inactive account policy.

Where an account is closed by pak243 following a breach, any pending bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited. Real money balances remaining in the account will be handled according to the circumstances of the closure — disputed balances may be withheld pending investigation.

If you wish to close your own account, you can do so by contacting pak243 support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any real money balance held in your account at the time of closure, which will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

11. Limitation of Liability

pak243 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, telecommunications failures and circumstances outside pak243's control may affect availability.

pak243's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the real money balance held in that player's account at the time a claim arises. pak243 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses, including lost profits from gaming activity, regardless of how they arise.

pak243 is not responsible for third-party internet service provider failures, mobile network outages or device-side technical issues that affect a player's ability to access or use the platform.

12. Privacy and Data

pak243 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at pak243.pro/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

pak243 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors — such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or partner banks — is limited to what is necessary to process your transactions and is subject to those providers' own data policies.

13. Responsible Gaming

pak243 is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, bet size limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options — all accessible from within your account settings and active immediately upon setting them.

pak243 recommends that all players:

• Set a gaming budget in advance and stick to it regardless of session outcomes.
• Treat gaming as entertainment, not as a method to generate income.
• Take regular breaks from gaming sessions.
• Use self-exclusion immediately if gaming begins to feel compulsive or financially harmful.

pak243 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pak243 may also notify registered users of significant changes via the contact details registered to their account, but is not obligated to do so for minor clarifications.
